Delete your Time2Go account
You can delete your account at any time from the Time2Go app. Deletion is permanent.
Steps in the app
- Open Time2Go and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Choose whether to also erase the trips, capsules and saved places stored on your phone.
- Enter your password and tap Delete account.
What is deleted
Your account (email and password) and everything stored in our database: trips, stops, saved places, time capsules, accepted activities and gifted plans. Records of affiliate link clicks are kept without any link to you. Data on your phone is erased only if you tick the box in step 3.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. Cancel it in the App Store or on Google Play.
Can't open the app?
Email support@iittg.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We'll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
